Zach Bristow – Leading Day Operations with Experience and Vision
Zach joins Lifestyle as our Day Manager, bringing more than a decade of leadership in the commercial cleaning industry. His career spans operational management roles at two of the region’s major cleaning companies, as well as the successful ownership of a cleaning business in Tasmania.
Zach’s deep knowledge of window cleaning, pressure washing, and large-scale facility maintenance makes him an invaluable asset. At Lifestyle, he will lead the coordination of all daytime cleaning operations—ensuring seamless scheduling, effective team support, and service delivery that exceeds expectations.
He’s known for his collaborative leadership style and unwavering dedication to customer service, making him a natural fit for Lifestyle’s values-driven approach.
Harry Farncomb – Driving Excellence in Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning
Originally from Queensland—but no stranger to the Hunter region—Harry Farncomb has returned with his young family and a powerful drive to lead. He now heads up our Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Division, specialising in high-impact work across large-scale car parks and residential properties.
Harry’s eye for detail, hands-on experience, and customer-first mindset position him perfectly to lead one of our fastest-growing service areas with professionalism and precision.
